You know what the biggest problem with being under a collapsed building is? They can't use explosives to get out.
At least not this one. Not unless they want the entire building crashing down on them.
Bruce, for one, might prefer that to the implications of being trapped in a 6X10 space with Barbara. For multiple reasons. Some of them being that she is terrifying, one of them being that if she's here she isn't somewhere else being terrifying to people in a position to help, and many, many more what she's going to find out about him.
What she probably thinks is going to happen - or would be reasonable to think - is that when his scent blockers wear off it's going to be too alphas in a confined space and all the more manageable complications that come from that. Or, maybe, the beta the playboy pretends to be.
What is actually going to happen is that he's going to get exposed.
That's actually the secondary priority.
The first is him activating an emergency light and tossing it into the middle of the space so he can see her.
"Are you injured?"
Whether he is or not isn't even on his list of priorities.
