Batman is aggressively Alpha, in every way - demeanor, voice, bearing and body language... and scent.
The playboy is a beta. Free to associate and cavort (and fuck) anyone he chooses, with almost no complications, but otherwise... boring.
There's more than one kind of mask, and Bruce has more personas than just Batman. Most of those personas are a lot more solid than the actual man.

A thing exactly one person has figured out.
He's walks to join her on a balcony of some hotel, glass in his hand wearing the costume of the playboy. Not a single native scent on his skin, smelling of nothing particular except some expensive aftershave that doesn't suit him.
"Fancy meeting you here."
High society's not fun, but this game? Can be. For a little while. After that there's always rooftops and alleys and the docks. Or just him trying to stop her from robbing Gotham blind (he doesn't care, rob the rich assholes. The game there is the important part)

"Just spit it out, and I'll tell you how I mask my scent." That's barely a murmur. Why? Not so he can stop her, but because he's slightly afraid of consequences of getting it wrong. Also, he can enjoy his own games, thank you.
Besides, it'll let him give her something useful.
Throwing fake scent on isn't a mystery, even if it's wrong. Getting the native one out of the way has to happen first and that one's hard.
"I might even share."
Something useful to commit crimes with.
...and that will keep her safer.
